Malabar Taste Chemba Puttupodi
- Pre-steam Technology to make the Puttu soft and fluffy for longer.
- Processed from high-quality, stoneless sortex rice.
- Do not require hot water.
- 1 cup Puttupodi can give 3 times wet Puttupodi.
Preparation Methods:
- Mix one cup of Malabar Taste Chemba puttupodi, with one cup of water and required salt. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Mix the powder thoroughly and fill it into the puttu maker with coconut scrapping, layer by layer.
- Steam cook until done (3-5 mins) and serve hot.
